At Binoco Travel, your satisfaction comes first. We understand that travel plans can change, and we’re here to assist. Our detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy ensures that you are informed and that the process is fair and transparent when you decide to cancel your booking.
You can cancel:
→ Whole Booking (All of the booking flights)
→ Segment of Travel (Part of the trip flights)
→ Cancellation of Add-on Services (meals/ bags/ seats)
→ Promo/Combo Fare Cancellation (If any)
Once a cancellation is processed, refunds will be issued as per airline policy and Binoco’s service guidelines. Please review the refund section for complete details.
→ Full cancellation is allowed only if all flight segments are unflown and the ticket status is "confirmed."
→ If tickets are partially used, you may only cancel remaining segments if permitted by the airline.
→ Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours before departure, unless the airline’s rules differ.
Refund Eligibility: As per fare type (refundable/non-refundable) and airline policy. Binoco charges a service fee in addition to the airline’s cancellation charges.
→ You are allowed to cancel individual legs on a round-trip or multi-city ticket
→ If fares allow it. Flown segments are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
→ If the canceled segment was part of a combo or offer, the remaining segments may be impacted.
Note: Some discounted fares require full-trip travel — partial cancellations may invalidate the entire booking.
→ Add-on services booked via Binoco can be canceled up to 24 hours before departure.
→ Once processed or passed to airline systems, these may be non-refundable.
→ Combo discounts (e.g. seat + meal offers) are not partially refundable.
→ If any one ticket under a special combo is used or flown, other tickets may become non-cancellable.
→ In such cases, refunds (if any) will follow combo fare rules, not standard ticket rules.
Cancellation may be restricted if:
→ Tickets are nonrefundable according to the standard terms of the airline fare
→ The flight has already been boarded or for check-in
→ Cancellation attempted after cut-off time or outside service hours
→ Refundable Tickets: Refunds after the airlines approve are subject to a handling fee by the airlines.
→ Non-refundable tickets: Taxes and fees, and charges are non-refundable.
→ Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment.
Refund timelines may vary if airline approval is delayed.
→ Rebooking is allowed per airline change rules, subject to seat availability and fare difference.
→ Binoco may apply a date change fee in addition to airline charges.
→ Rescheduling must be requested before departure and cannot be done post-no-show.
→ A “No-Show” refers to passengers not showing up without prior cancellation.
→ In such cases, the full ticket amount is forfeited (no refund).
→ Some airlines may refund partial taxes if requested post-travel.
→ Login to your Binoco Travel Account
→ Go to “My Bookings” > Select Booking > Cancel/Request Refund
→ Select the reason and confirm the request.
→ Refund updates will be sent via email/SMS.
→ Refund credited as per the timeline.
→ Coupons or discount codes used on canceled orders may not be reissued unless stated.
→ GST and taxes are refunded only if refunded by the airline.
→ 50% of the wallet cashback and loyalty points earned are refundable.
→ Binoco may change or update this policy at any time.
